ICE CREAM Machine at IKEA

We can never be bored about going to IKEA because the place feels like ‘home’ for us. We like the food, we like the products and window shopping is healthy too.

Oh! Do you know we can have RM1 ice cream? Delicious RM1 ice cream. We used to buy it over the counter but now IKEA have this pretty cool ice cream machine that will automatically do it for us when we drop in the TOKEN and PRESS THE BUTTON. :)

IKEA ice cream machine

Put cone in holder
Insert token.
Press button once.
Remove ice cream.
Lick and eat.

You still need to Q up to pay for the ice cream and then collect the token and the ice cream cone, then only proceed to the machine. Got it ya? Enjoy.

Every day I will check on coupon deals like the body shop coupons and some others F&B coupon deals. Shopping at coupon deal website does help to save a lot of money especially discounts that above 50%.

Recently I bought 20 sessions of bootcamp training and 2 coupons for meals. Both are more than 60% discounts and it is cheap.

Finding A Job

My niece who lives in Canada has been trying to find for a job in the healthcare line for quite a while now. She has been looking out for a lot of Healthcare Support Jobs via online and also walks in interview but nothing for her yet. I think the city that she is living in now it is hard to find the right job because it is too competitive. If she moves to a smaller town, the job opportunity is higher.

Chinese New Year Weather

This year of Chinese New Year the weather had changed to compare to last year. Daytime sun was hot and sunny but when comes to late afternoon, it is windy and cooling.

Our journey on the road heading home for the celebration was greeted by a long traffic jam. At that time was twelve noon. The sun is blazing hot and we have to turn on the air condition full blast. Hubby and Naomi put on their sunnies but I have forgotten mine, I left it at home!! At that time how I wish I can have a pair of Costa Del Mar Sunglasses to keep my eyes away from the strong UV. So I have learned my lesson never ever put my sunnies at home anymore!

Chinese New Year In Melaka rocks!

The Chinese New Year celebration atmosphere in Melaka is much happening than in Kuala Lumpur. I think in most small town or villages, Chinese New Year are celebrated with a lot of firecrackers and home cooked food.

Yesterday night itself when the clock strike 12, most of the Chinese celebrate it by lighting the fire crackers to mark the beginning of the New Year and also the most noisy night of the year. We all continue feasting on traditional cookies, dried meat, sweets, mandarin oranges and then continue the next day with house visiting together with exchanging red packets (angpow).

Printer and Monitor Repairing Services

Lately hubby printers and monitors repairing services business is a bit slow. I think it is because now in the market getting a new printer and monitor is easy and affordable so many will not repair once it is broken.

I guess they will have to change their business strategies and maybe get in more repairing workshops instead. But thank God, all this while they survived the tough times and thank God for all the provisions.

Off Road Adventures

Last year a friend of mine join a month of off road adventures that travels all around Brazil. I am sure it is going to be a tough ride but according to her she enjoys it. The entire team vehicles are well equipped with jeep lift kits and most of them are highly experienced.

Every destination they face different challenges and most of the time they will pitch the tents and cook for their meals. Sounds fun for me and I am hoping I can one day experience it too.

Trendy Steel Necklace

After looking through some picture of steel necklace on the website, I realised that it has varieties of beads and pearls. Look nice though but I dare not wear it, maybe because the name that making it insecure. I rather have the name like silver, white gold or gold. Agree?

Nowadays many new styles coming out like the steel ring and watches but I wonder how light will it be?

Wire Cover

We have been using TM Unifi for almost a year now but the connection at times will get disconnected. Finally we managed to find out the culprit which is from the new installed cable by the renovator.

No choice, now we will have to use the original socket to connect the cable and the socket is from the master bedroom. We managed to buy a Mark 2 pure copper cable and we need to pull it from master bedroom to the study room. It is very messy as the cable is dangling so we are looking for a wire cover to tidy it up. If not we will have to do the old way by nailing it to the wall.

The Cinema Is Cold

I have last 2 free tickets for any movies at the cinema nearby our home. So we decided to watch Mission Impossible 4 at 8.30pm. Actually we wanted earlier show but don’t have.

In the cinema everyone is wearing jacket and how I wish I bring along my columbia jacket too. It is freezing inside and Naomi’s long sleeve top is not keeping her warm too. Anyway, the next time if we go there again, we will wear a much thicker jacket.

Oh, the movie is good!
