I never intake any diet pill to lose fat, I just enroll for a fitness program to lose fat and keep fit.  So if you ask me which diet pills is the best I won’t really know but you can browse through the diet pill reviews online to find out more.Personally, I’ve cut down a lot of oily and deep fried food and do 30 minutes exercise 3 times a week.  Not that I am discipline about exercising but at least i exercise twice a week to burn fat and keep the muscles strong.  Our body stamina can be better also. :)
