As for us, we must be much more careful in future and DON’T USE any services listed in the advertising magazine if we did not dropped by their office or repairing workshop to ensure they are reliable.

A lot of the scam groups uses advertising magazine because most of the advertising company did not check their background, what they do is collect the money n advertise it.

I’ve got the number is some magazine and i called them as my refrigerator is not working and i need it to be repaired.. they came to my place and said the thermostat need to be replaced.. they took my refrigerator for repairs.. after awhile they said need to add some gas.. being ignorant i agreed.. so all in was rm260.. they brought it back couple of hours later and told me to start after 2 hours and after 2 hours.. it still did not work.. called the number and no one picked up..

later i found this page.. and there i was realizing that i’ve just got conned..

probably the reason they did not take in my refrigerator its caused its too old and i told them if you’re gonna charge more than 300 you can keep the refrigerator cause i’ll get a new one.. so maybe thats the reason they charge 260 (which is big money for me)..

never expected this to happen.. hope those buggers burn in hell!!

As for the police report and going to the commercial crime department, sad to say also, i think the police is not taking action although there are a lot of police report on the same matter.

I’ve tried calling the commercial crime department, the answer for me is they are doing it…but so long…more than a year now…

My brother called one of the adverts posted in the brochures send to the housing areas,we called and spoke to a guy asking about repairing our fridge. He then came and took the fridge away with rm 100 deposit and he said he would return it later in the evening. He called around 4 and said he needs to top-up gas for the fridge and it will cost around rm60. We complied and ended paying rm260 total. He used the same trick(to on the fridge after 2 hours to give the gas some time to kick-in).

We tried calling them,but no one seems to answer.Sensing that something is fishy, I googled the company thus finding this site.

The company name printed on the receipt is stated below:

He did not sign the receipt. The were two guys,the same described above.
