There a lot of kindergarten developments everywhere but do those kindergarten have qualified teachers?

Personally, even a qualified teacher need to have a heart that loves Children and willing to lead and guide them step by step.  Although a teacher is new, I think we should give them a chance to perform and improve as long as they know how to handle the Child and loves what they are doing with willingness.

Getting Online early childhood education degree is not difficult anymore because a lot of University are providing online lectures and papers are send back to the country for marking.
