Having Problem with UNIFI

We signed up for UNIFI fiber optic internet service in January. More than 3 months passes and the amount of complaints will shock you. The internet service is not stable, almost every week the internet line will be down. Whenever the internet line is down, the telephone and the Hypp TV will losses its signal.
It is very frustrated when we in the midst of working something online or watching our favourite channel. So I got hubby to buy a tv tuner and get it plugin at all times. When the internet line is down we still can continue watching the evening drama series.
Overall our experiences with UNIFI are very hassle and problems. But hubby still want to use the UNIFI because of the fast speed.
