I am glad that I lose weight

After months of working out, the result is finally there. It was tough at first but now naturally it became a routine for me, currently I workout 4 times a week by going to dance and barbell classes. Watching out what I eat also essential and of course need to cut out soft drinks! Soft drinks contain so much sugar that you will be surprise that it can make you gain unhealthy fats.
Recently I’ve about conjugated linoleic acid that can help to build lean muscle mass. But as you all know me; I don’t like to intake anything for losing weight. I prefer to do exercise.
