Serious Into Fitness

I am now serious into the fitness world ever since my first workout with a personal trainer in November 2009.  Now I joined other studio for a group fitness doing Barbell Matrix, Masala and Marguerita dance.  I enjoyed so much that recently I took up an instructor course and I am taking it serious.

Not only I can be an instructor but to have fun and get fit as well.  I definitely do not need any diet pills and hoping I will be very discipline in my daily fitness workout and food intake.
