Wanted a new mobile phone for Christmas.

My current mobile phone is not functioning well and I hope to get a new one as Christmas present and I am thinking either blackberry playbook phone or iPhone 4.
Which should I get?
If I get a new phone, I will not allow Naomi to play with it because my previous phone is not functioning well is due to a lot of falling onto the ground.
