My Weight Loss Journey
My weight loss stories are something very emotional. I realised I look fat after I deliver my first baby. But during the first 2 years I never really take action to lose weight, not until 6 months ago when I was shopping for a pants, the lady asked whether I need a pregnancy pants or not. On the spot, I felt embarrass and told myself I need to lose the extra weight.
Searching and looking for the right place to lose weight is another problem for me. I need something for long term, effective and affordable. During a carnival nearby my home, I saw a booth with some brochures and the tagline was Body Burn. Immediately I pick up one and read through it. At that time, I knew that it is going to be the right place for me to lose weight healthily.
Now, twice a week I will go to the studio for workout and my personal trainer will train me step by step in building muscle to burn the fat. So far, I have lost about 5kg, I still have 10 kg to go and hoping to maintain the weight by making the exercise my lifestyle.
