Good Exercise

Now, twice a week I will go to the fitness center to do some exercise. My main aim is to burn fat and get fit. I like the cardio session and enjoys walking on the treadmill. As for the ellipticals machines, I found it quite tough to work on it. But then, when I think of getting fit and wanted to burn fat, I just listen to my trainer instruction on whatever exercise that she wants me to do.
My fitness partner doing well too, we both enjoy our sweating 1 hour fitness and always looking forward to another session.
