The Tap Keeps On Leaking

We have changed twice different kind of kitchen tap to ensure no more leakage. But the problem remains the same, I really wish to change the whole thing into a better and quality kitchen faucets set. It is pretty annoying when you turn on the tap, the water will splash on you and when you turn off the tap, there is water dripping.
The tap in the garden also have the same problem, which is why father-in-law change it into a brand new ones. Hopefully, the new tap with 2 outlets will last long.
