May I borrow your TV?

My youngest brother will return home to Malaysia for holidays tomorrow and his working contract just got extended to another 2 years. So he is planning to rent out his home in Kuala Lumpur to executives worker. It is going to be a fully furnished home for rental.
I was thinking to borrow his plasma TV before he rent out the house. Heehee. If he is alright with the idea, I will have to get a plasma mounts to fix it in my room.
Tomorrow I will be picking him from the airport, so will have to think now how to ask him to lend me the TV.
