Cutting The Carbo

Today onwards I will be cutting carbo food for 2 weeks. I hope I am able to persevere not having bread, noodles or rice! Well not having rice and noodle is fine for me but no bread will be quite tough for me. But then again, I will have to try so the diet starts today. I never thought of eating diet pill to lose weight. So no matter how I need to be strict on the food intake. My waist line is like a hippo and I really feeling shy wearing swimsuit. Seeing my reflection on the mirror is sad, all the bulky area is making me depress.
