Apartment’s window frames got stolen

A friend of mine bought an apartment at Metro Prima Kepong. After he received the unit keys then only he realised that are so many faulty. He was so sad and regretted buying it.
Today after chatting with him via MSN, he told me his apartment window frames all got stolen. Worse was the thief is one of the apartment tenant. The thief was caught on CCTV but was not charged coz police said could not find any prove of window frames at his house.
So, what is the CCTV for then?
What is the police for then?
Police? I also don’t know…
Remember the washing machine scam, till’ today the police still have not take any serious action. Sigh….
I think now, we ourself have to fight crime, police can retire!
