Migraine
Many years ago I used to have migraine almost everyday. I went for a brain scan but according to doctor everything is normal. So he gave me medication, that medication I need to take everyday for months. The medication does helps to control but I need to control my food intake also. Chocolate, peanut, orange and hot weather can trigger my migraine. So I always stayed in an air condition environment. Funny thing was, when ever I am doing my outdoor activities like kayaking and jungle trekking, the migraine won’t attack me.
Anyway, now I never have migraine for a long time but I still watch out for the thing that triggers it.
For your information, Botox for migraines can cure it but I never go for that. Mine just cured…
I still enjoy my outdoor activities without any headache. Yay!

I was like you too…once I had it so bad as I was driving, I stopped to vomit.
Thank God, I had the strength to drive all the way home.
Nowadays, I don’t have migraine.
Thank God.

I read similar article also named Migraine, and it was completely different. Personally, I agree with you more, because this article makes a little bit more sense for me
