Last year Christmas gathering, a friend of us bought this cake, it is not the usual sponge cake but is Jelly Cake.
it is so yummy that we can’t wait, so we started eating from the tail…
The main ingredient of jelly cake is seaweed and water. So it is not fattening and much more nutritious compared to normal cake.
