Memory Not Functioning Well

I remember the wrong date again, although I write it down, but I still can get it wrong.
This morning when I was happily driving to the dentist office, I received a call reminding me tomorrow’s appointment. I was shocked, coz I thought was today.
Then I make a U-turn and head back home. I re-check the appointment date on the card, indeed it was my mistake. *sigh*
What’s happening, my brain lack of memory space?
